Fokus

Support & Feedback

Report bugs, request features, follow what's new, and shape the Fokus roadmap.

Fokus is built in close conversation with its users — most of what ships starts as a bug report or a feature request from someone like you. Here's every way to reach us.

The support button

On every page of the web app you'll find a round blue button floating in the bottom corner (bottom-right — or bottom-left if you use a right-to-left language like Arabic). Click it and three shortcuts unfold:

ActionWhat it does
Latest Updates 📣What's new in Fokus, release by release. A red dot on the button means there's an update you haven't seen yet.
Report a Bug 🐞Opens a bug report form that can attach a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing. Reports go straight to the team with the technical context needed to fix them.
Request a Feature 💡Describe what you're missing and why — every request lands on the team's feedback board.

Screenshots help a lot

When reporting a bug, stay on the screen where it happened before clicking Report a Bug — the attached screenshot usually tells us more than a paragraph of description.

The feedback portal

feedback.getfokus.com is the community home for shaping Fokus:

  • Ideas & voting — browse feature requests by board, upvote the ones you want, join the discussion, or submit your own idea.
  • Roadmap — see what's planned, what's in progress, and what has shipped.
  • Changelog — the full release history (the same updates as Latest Updates in the app), with reactions.

Reading is open to everyone. To vote, comment, or post, sign in with your regular Fokus account — it's the same login as the app, no separate registration.

The profile menu (your avatar in the dock) also links to What's New and the Roadmap on the feedback portal, Help (this guide), and app downloads.
