Get things out of your head fast — organize and schedule them later.
Half the battle of staying organized is having somewhere trustworthy to put things the moment you think of them. Fokus gives you three:
- Spotlight — press ⌘+K and type. A task, an event, a note — captured in seconds without leaving what you're doing.
- Notes — a full rich-text editor (and a whiteboard!) for meeting notes, plans, and anything longer than a task title.
- The Reservoir — the holding pen for tasks without a date yet. Capture now, decide when later.
The habit that makes it work
Don't sort while you capture. Get it in, keep moving, and let your Morning Briefing or a weekly Reservoir sweep handle the sorting.
