Fokus

Core Views

The main surfaces of Fokus — pick the right one for the decision in front of you.

Fokus gives you a few different windows onto the same work, each tuned to a different question:

  • "What's happening right now?"Day View, the calm home screen.
  • "What am I doing this week?"Kanban, your days as columns.
  • "Where does my time actually go?"Calendar, tasks and events on one timeline.
  • "How is each project doing?"Buckets, tasks grouped by area.
  • "Can I do this without touching the mouse?"Spotlight, the command bar behind +K.
  • "How do people book time with me?"Booking Pages, your public scheduling links.

Kanban, Buckets, Calendar, and Analytics form one connected planner — each of those pages has the same four-icon switcher in its header, so you can flip between them without going back to the dock.
