Core Views are the main places where day-to-day planning and navigation happen in Fokus. Each one emphasizes a different kind of decision: what matters now, what needs organizing, where time should be allocated, or how to jump into the right action without leaving the keyboard.
Where to start
Start with Day View if you want a guided picture of today. Use Planner when you want to jump into the main planning tools. Use Spotlight when you want to search, create, navigate, or open Captain Fokus from anywhere with Cmd/Ctrl + K.
Spotlight
Open the global command bar to search, create, navigate, and launch Captain Fokus from anywhere.
Planner
Open Kanban, Buckets, Calendar, and Analytics from one planning hub.
Day View
See today’s timeline, current focus, and upcoming work.
Booking
Manage booked meetings inside Fokus and understand the public scheduling flow guests use.
Kanban
Organize and move tasks across dates and planning states.
Buckets
Group work by bucket and review tasks inside each category.
Calendar
