Settings

Open Settings from the profile menu in the dock (or Alt+S). The sidebar splits into three groups:

Account — things about you:

• General — theme, language, timezone, working hours, and the workspace's feel.
• Profile — name, avatar, email, password.
• Notifications — channels, email digests, quiet hours.
• AI Scheduling — the auto-scheduler's rules; covered in Smart Scheduling.
• AI Agents — Captain Fokus and the background agents; covered in Captain Fokus.
• Booking Pages — your scheduling links; covered in Booking Pages.

Workspace — things about the space you plan in:

• Members — your workspace, its plan, and who's in it.
• Buckets — the category structure behind your tasks.

Integrations — one entry per connected tool, plus the full catalog.

And one more that appears when you need it: Billing — your plan and add-ons.
