The Notifications page separates immediate in-app alerts from slower email summaries. This lets you keep high-urgency signals visible in the product while making longer-form summaries opt-in.

What To Expect

Push notifications default to enabled, so you usually trim them down rather than start from zero.
Email digests default to disabled, so you opt in to the summaries you actually want.
Missing preference keys are filled from default notification settings in the app.
