Overview

The main Settings page is where you tune the everyday feel of Fokus. It covers visual preferences, locale and time handling, keyboard shortcuts, and a set of behavioral toggles that affect how the app behaves during normal planning and execution.

What You Can Change

Switch between system, light, and dark themes.
Review keyboard shortcuts on desktop.
Change the app language.
Search and set your primary timezone.
Enable or disable timezone change alerts.
Choose your time format and week start day.
Toggle weather visibility.
Decide whether planned time should count as actual time.
Hide or show completed tasks.
Turn completion celebrations on or off and choose a completion sound.
Auto-hide the navigation bar if you want a cleaner working view.

What To Expect

Changes save through your personal user settings rather than workspace-wide admin settings.
Theme changes apply immediately and also sync with the app theme state.
Language changes refresh the app so the new locale is applied consistently.
Timezone selection is searchable, which matters if you travel or work across regions.
